This cost-effective filling station, where the DANA api MATIC 1000 filling machine and an automatic filling table are combined into one unit.
  • The DANA api MATIC 1000 is a filling machine with a gear pump
  • A strong low voltage DC motor drives the gear pump with the help of a helical gear box
  • The motor is controlled by computer-based electronics, which also ensures a perfect anti-drip function
  • The filling machine has 20 filling programs with settings for weight, calibration factor and other filling parameters
  • The machine works precisely and is easy to program for different substances
  • As a pump, the machine works both ways and can be set to different speeds
  • All parts that come into contact with the substance are made from food grade plastic or stainless steel and are easy to take apart and to clean 
  • Empty jars are placed on the table top and then transported automatically through a rail to a wire switch
  • Once the jar hits the wire switch, the table stops and the filling machine starts filling the jar
  • Once the jar is filled the table starts turning again until the next jar arrives  the wire switch
  • The rail is very easy to adjust to different jars sizes
  • In this unit, the filling machine can be adjusted both horizontally and vertically to accommodate various jar sizes
  • This product needs to be assembled before use
  • An assembly manual is included, and assembly typically takes about 30 minutes
